Run to You

(inspired by Psalm 1)

Let me not in the seat of scoffers sit
Let me not in the way of sinners stand
Let me not in the wicked counsel walk
Lord, let me reverently fear Your mighty hand

Let me not be deceived by this world
Let me not get caught in its cares and snares
Let me not be blinded by its riches
For to the treasures of God nothing compares

Let me always sit humbly in Your presence
Let me always stand in the truth You've shown
Let me always walk the righteous path You lead
Lord, let me always run to You alone
